There is an innate perfection that pervades all of life, an essence and an energy which Rosemary sense. This energy is vibrant and universally connecting. It is powerful and wants to be. Rosemary`s artwork, which is mainly mixed media, is an intuitive response which aims to capture this. It is beyond what we know as realistic. The feelings I express are communicated within the shapes, forms, textures and colours of Rosemary`s work and can be sensed by the observer focusing on any area in stillness.

Colour, form, design and texture excite Rosemary and she expresses herself usually in abstraction in her paintings and textiles. She likes to play with different qualities of surface and to look through and beyond.

allow for the picture to have an effect on him. ‘What
counts,’ he said, ‘is the effective contact with the soul.’


My intention is to make this soul connection and to link with the creative life force. There are waves of creativity in all of us waiting to rise and show their potential Art with integrity is able to bring the viewer into a great awareness and to provide a deep sense of satisfaction and calm. This is the quality I intend. It is alchemical.
