My career was in Education until diagnosed with M.E. Frustrated by the medical profession in trying to recover from my illness, lead me to discover alternative means of regaining my health and into experiencing and learning complimentary therapies. It was the start of an adventure to find my true self. As recovery began I went back to study and to use my creativity again.

A process of self development and awareness took me down new and exciting paths. I have gone through a diverse set of changes and I gradually sensed that I needed to be helping others. I have combined my skills and healing energies to create a unique format to help clients get in touch with their inner core through Art. I run workshops to this end which are fun and potentially life-changing. I link in with higher energies.

I have a great interest in the way the world is evolving and especially in ‘the highly aware’ children many of who are ultra-sensitive. These children have a profound connection to humanity, are creative and dynamic. The intensity of their emotional sensitivity can cause many of them to suffer and sometimes to be misunderstood.

I teach yoga to young children to help develop their potential emotionally, physically, spiritually and intellectually.
